Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary English focuses on developing students' literacy skills with in-depth studies of Shakespeare and essay structure in the early years, and deeper analysis of different texts and topics in Years 9 and 10. NSW University Student (Bachelor of Education (Primary and Secondary))
English: Primary & Secondary
Olivia completed her Higher School Certificate in 2020, going on to commence her Bachelor of Education (Kindergarten to year 12). She has done some informal tutoring during her schooling, helping students in the years below her with their studies. Olivia aims to present lessons that are intellectually engaging, relatable and address the specific areas of need for each student, catering to their knowledge and learning styles.

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Arts (Honours))
English: Secondary & Senior
Benjamin completed his Bachelor of Journalism, majoring in Creative Writing and Music Criticism in 2014, followed by his Post Graduate Diploma in Professional and Creative Writing in 2020. He is now studying his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in the area of Journalism, Creative Writing and Philosophy. His studies make him an expert in character, narrative, structure and literary style writing, being able to help his students write essays, short stories, news articles and exam reflections. He also facilitates an environment to understand these ideas, concepts and views, how they feel about the world, and discover how to communicate it effectively and creatively.
Mina-Abanoub

Mina-Abanoub is a qualified, accredited Teacher, holding a Master of Teaching (Secondary) and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English. He has been working as a private English Tutor since 2015 and has taught as a Pre-Service Teacher. Mina-Abanoub likes to work with his students to build a solid foundation in English and Critical Thinking so that they are equipped to handle any assignment.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary Maths focuses on developing students’ numeracy skills with algebraic techniques and properties of geometrical figures in Years 7 and 8, and functions, indices and data analysis in Years 9 and 10. Mathematics: Primary & Secondary
Madeleine completed her Year 12 Certificate in 2018 with an ATAR score of 98.95. She is now undertaking a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Queensland. Madeleine is a patient and encouraging tutor dedicated to helping students achieve their learning goals by applying her expertise and tutoring skills to every lesson.

Pellegrina completed her VCE achieving an impressive ATAR of 96.05. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science at Monash University. Pellegrina is passionate about helping students develop their key numeracy skills as they work towards achieving their educational goals. She believes in fostering an encouraging and stimulating learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.
